Funding
Able Living is able to supply equipment through a range of funding bodies, including:
- DVA (DVA website - Download RAP form)
- TAC (TAC website - Download Direct Order Form)
- Worksafe (Worksafe website - Download Direct Order Form)
- NDIS
- SWEP
We also work with a large number of other organisations who offer funding for the purchase or hire of aids and appliances.
Requests can be submitted to Able by email to orders@able-living.com or fax on 03 8537-7522. Please note, funding usually requires approval by a medical professional or case manager.
