Returns Policy

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns must occur within 7 days of purchase (excluding special order items).

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the product must:

  • Be unused and unopened
  • Be in its original, unopened packaging
  • Be returned in saleable condition (including all accessories, manuals and components)

Health & hygiene products: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used in any way.

Special Orders

  • Deposits paid for special orders are non-refundable.
  • Special order items are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns, unless required under ACL.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee may apply to special order items and selected large items, including recliners (50% restocking fee for the Oscar Barwon range), beds, scooters, and power chairs.

  • 25% restocking fee applies to special order items or selected large items (including recliners, beds, scooters and power chairs)
  • Oscar Barwon range: 50% restocking fee applies

Faulty Items / Warranty Returns

If the product is faulty or not working as intended, please contact us first. We may be able to assist remotely or arrange to have the item returned for assessment under the product warranty.

Faulty returns can occur any time within the warranty period of the item, subject to assessment and your ACL rights.

Items can be returned to one of our showrooms in person or by post/courier to our warehouse:

How to Return Items

  • Items should be returned via your preferred postage or courier service.
  • Please ensure items are securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original purchase.
