WHAT can be returned?
Consumers have specific rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), regardless of any other warranty provided by the supplier or manufacturer.
If you change your mind, most products can be returned if they are in their original packaging and unused. Due to health concerns, products cannot be returned if they have been opened or used in any way.
If the product is faulty or not working as intended, please contact us in case we can assist remotely or arrange to have the item returned to us for assessment under the product warranty.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Change of mind returns must occur within seven days of receiving your order.
Faulty returns can occur any time within the warranty period of the item.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Items can be returned to one of our showrooms in person or by post/courier to our warehouse at 65-67 Sheehan Road, Heidelberg West VIC 3081.
HOW do customers return items?
Items should be returned by your preferred postage or courier service. Ensure that the item is securely packed to avoid any damage in transit.
SHIPPING for returns?
Shipping costs for returns are at your own cost.
CREDIT for returns?
Refunds will be made via the same method that you originally used to pay for the order.
Instore return option?
Items can be returned to our showrooms.
For change of mind returns, products MUST be in their original unopened packaging. We cannot accept products that have been opened or used in any way.
