How do I return an item?

Able Living stand by the quality of our products.  We believe that you will be happy with any of the items on our site.  In the unlikely event that an item that you order arrives in a non-functioning, incomplete or damaged condition, simply return it to us within 7 days for a full refund or exchange.

Many of our products, such as mobility scooters and a-frame walkers, also come with a manufacturer's warranty of 12 months or more that cover any defects or faults.  Details of these warranties will be provided with your purchase.  

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or exchange an item if you have changed your mind or no longer require the item.  If your need is for a short-term, please contact us to discuss hiring instead of purchase.
