How it works

Paying with My Aged Care Funds

If you’d like to pay using your My Aged Care / Home Care Package (HCP) funds, please follow the steps below.

At checkout:

  1. Select “Pay using My Aged Care Funds” as your payment method.
  2. Enter your participant details:
    • Full Name
    • My Aged Care / HCP Number
    • Package Level
  3. Add your payer organisation details:
    • Organisation Name (Provider)
    • Contact Email
  4. Optional: Add any notes for our team, including a purchase order number if applicable.

What happens next

  • Able Living will send a payment request to your My Aged Care Provider / Package Manager for approval.
  • Once payment is confirmed, we will process and dispatch your order.
