How it works
Paying with My Aged Care Funds
If you’d like to pay using your My Aged Care / Home Care Package (HCP) funds, please follow the steps below.
At checkout:
- Select “Pay using My Aged Care Funds” as your payment method.

Enter your participant details:
- Full Name
- My Aged Care / HCP Number
- Package Level

Add your payer organisation details:
- Organisation Name (Provider)
- Contact Email
- Optional: Add any notes for our team, including a purchase order number if applicable.
What happens next
- Able Living will send a payment request to your My Aged Care Provider / Package Manager for approval.
- Once payment is confirmed, we will process and dispatch your order.
